Listing management services include:

• Send listing agreement via preferred signatory portal (DocuSign, Dotloop, etc.) for required signatures and initials of all parties

• Manage any amendments of agreement (extensions, etc.)

• Order property photography and/or videos

• Enter listing into MLS

• Coordinate virtual tour appointment if service is separate from the photography session

• Professional Copy write for MLS & Advertising, if needed

• Send Welcome/Intro Letter to Seller

• Post to agent’s website (if not automatically done by MLS service) and provide a “Just Listed” graphic for your social media platforms
